Adding Issues

What this article covers:
Issues explain what the campaign wants visitors to understand first.

Steps:
1. Open Dashboard > Website Sections or the Issues editor.
2. Add 3 to 6 top issues with clear titles and short descriptions.
3. Use the full description field for more detail when needed.
4. Add an image only when it helps explain the issue.
5. Reorder issues so the most important items appear first.

Important notes:
- Keep issue language factual and campaign-owned.
- PoliticalWin should not be used to generate voter persuasion targeting or voter-file tools.
